Case Notes


A core function of BPEQ is to investigate and action breaches of the Code of Practice for RPEQs and offences against the PE Act.

BPEQ is committed to assisting RPEQs maintain high standards of professional practice. To provide practical examples and guidance BPEQ publishes case notes regarding disciplinary proceedings against RPEQs and prosecutions for offence against the PE Act.

Disciplinary proceedings can be brought by BPEQ against RPEQs who breach the Code of Practice for RPEQs. Prosecutions are brought by BPEQ against unregistered persons for offences against the PE Act.
