Applicants must ensure that the application form is completed in full, and that all accompanying documents evidencing suitability of the scheme are included.
Applications for approval, renewal or variation of an assessment scheme must be completed following BPEQ’s Instructions for Applying for Approval, Renewal or Variation of an Assessment Scheme. Applications that do not follow the instructions will not be accepted.
