Overview

Individuals may register as registered professional engineers if they satisfy the Board that they are fit to practice as a Professional Engineer, and they are deemed as competent in their area of engineering.

To be deemed as competent, the Board will require evidence of assessment from an approved assessment entity. 

Approved assessment entities are listed below:-

• Engineers Australia (competence level required is equivalent to Chartered Engineer)
