The Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland administers the
Queensland Professional Engineers Act 2002.
The Act provides for the registration of professional engineers to
practise in Queensland.
It prohibits persons who are not registered from providing
professional engineering services in Queensland. The only exception is
for individuals who practise under the supervision of registered
professional engineers.
It provides a process for persons who are aggrieved by the conduct of
a registered professional engineer to lodge a complaint about their
conduct.

HOURS: 8.30am - 4.30pm
Monday to Friday (visits to the Board outside these hours will require
prior arrangement)
